Ill start by saying, if you're worried about sending your memorabilia in you can rest assured. Red seat did a great job start to finish with my Jeremy Swayman authentic Pro jersey. When I originally bought the jersey my plan was to have it signed by Swayman. These guys made that happen and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and overall professionalism. I was originally nervous about sending such an expensive jersey off having never done this before. I messaged them after shipping my jersey out to confirm everything was done properly. I was assured that they received my jersey and everything looked good. Come the day of the signing they even went as far as to send me a video of Swayman signing my jersey! The signing was on a Sunday and I received my signed jersey back on thursday. It was clearly handled with care and packaged securely as well. Im very pleased with their service to say the least and I know ill be back in the future. Next step will be finding a nice frame. Thank you guys again!

As someone who doesn’t live in New England anymore, you guys made it so easy to still be apart of the signing. Being able to send you the items I want signed and to return it in perfect shipping and quick is something a collector really appreciates. The communication was top tier and never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. I will absolutely be coming back when more signings are made available thank you so much for everything.

Quick story. I found out that Sam Perkins was signing on the day the mail in items needed to be in. I called Lucky's and left a voice mail. The message I got was from a lady who was on a flight. She texted me to say she contacted the group that handles their mailings. I got a call later in the day from Steve Roesler of Red Seat Collectables. One word " Awesome" .... Steve gets it. After talking with him for 20 minutes, maybe longer, I knew I was working with good people. This was a Friday, got the items to them Tuesday day. Just in time. I had 4 items. 2 blue sharpie, 2 black sharpie. Items were signed as if I were getting g them done myself. As a collector you want the graph to be just right. It was! Communication on shipping, great. Sent pics of items being signed the night of the event. I turn 67 in a few months, Steve reminded me of the joy collecting a autograph can be. I trust Red Seat Collectables, Steve and Michael to deliver. I look forward to working with them in the future. It was refreshing to work with people that do what they say they will do.
