Quick story. I found out that Sam Perkins was signing on the day the mail in items needed to be in. I called Lucky's and left a voice mail. The message I got was from a lady who was on a flight. She texted me to say she contacted the group that handles their mailings. I got a call later in the day from Steve Roesler of Red Seat Collectables. One word " Awesome" .... Steve gets it. After talking with him for 20 minutes, maybe longer, I knew I was working with good people. This was a Friday, got the items to them Tuesday day. Just in time. I had 4 items. 2 blue sharpie, 2 black sharpie. Items were signed as if I were getting g them done myself. As a collector you want the graph to be just right. It was! Communication on shipping, great. Sent pics of items being signed the night of the event. I turn 67 in a few months, Steve reminded me of the joy collecting a autograph can be. I trust Red Seat Collectables, Steve and Michael to deliver. I look forward to working with them in the future. It was refreshing to work with people that do what they say they will do. I sent in a ticket from 2004 for the Jason varitek signing. I explained I was in the uk and would send the ticket, and would sort everything out payment wise when the item arrived
When it did I was advised and we sorted everything out. After a little delay I was sent a pic to show Jason signing and a pic of the item being sent back
It arrived this morning, superbly packaged with care, better than I had sent them, and i absolutely love the outcome

Great company to buy from! They keep you updated through all the steps. I ordered a 2004 final out photo from them. They kept me in the loop for the whole process, sent photos of it being signed, and kept me updated with the tracking number when the signing was complete.
