Only participated in 3 signings and the first went so poorly I didn’t think I’d do one again. Fast forward to my first interaction with red seat and have now done 2 orders! Not only did I get a photo of Pedro signing my card they bubble wrapped my card, added an extra layer of protection, taped my ding guards, and added a handle with care sticker to my bubble mailer. These guys are great!
Red Seat is an awesome business to work with and are incredible at what they do! I recently sent them my Mets jersey that I have had for 30+ years to get a few autographs from some of the 1986 Mets that I didn't already have. It started with great communication via email, giving me everything I needed to know. They were very accommodating and took care of my Jersey like it was their own. When they sent it back to me, it was packaged to prevent any damage and it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you Michael and Steve, you guys rock!

They did an outstanding job handling my large item, seat back, for a Bernard King signing. They took great care of it and shipped the item back in better safety than I sent it to them. Would not hesitate to use again.
The guys made sure my card was signed the way I imagined it. They also provided a photo of him signing it which was a pleasant touch. Haven’t had any other vendors do that.

I sent in two beautiful, full tickets from Lenny Dykstra's debut. I got them back shortly after the signing. Was sent tracking and the tickets were expertly packed and shipped.

Ill start by saying, if you're worried about sending your memorabilia in you can rest assured. Red seat did a great job start to finish with my Jeremy Swayman authentic Pro jersey. When I originally bought the jersey my plan was to have it signed by Swayman. These guys made that happen and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and overall professionalism. I was originally nervous about sending such an expensive jersey off having never done this before. I messaged them after shipping my jersey out to confirm everything was done properly. I was assured that they received my jersey and everything looked good. Come the day of the signing they even went as far as to send me a video of Swayman signing my jersey! The signing was on a Sunday and I received my signed jersey back on thursday. It was clearly handled with care and packaged securely as well. Im very pleased with their service to say the least and I know ill be back in the future. Next step will be finding a nice frame. Thank you guys again!
As someone who doesn’t live in New England anymore, you guys made it so easy to still be apart of the signing. Being able to send you the items I want signed and to return it in perfect shipping and quick is something a collector really appreciates.
